LA PATINOIRE ROYALE BACH
La galerie
A contemporary art gallery at the cultural heart of Brussels, La Patinoire Royale Bach represents major contemporary artists such as Lita Albuquerque, Alice Anderson, Joana Vasconcelos, as well as the Estates of Carlos Cruz-Diez and Marthe Wery. Recent collaborations include leading figures such as Gordon Matta-Clark, Alfredo Jaar, and Renaud Auguste-Dormeuil, among others.
Dedicated to contemporary art, the gallery represents both major and emerging artists, committed to ensuring a constant presence in the international cultural landscape.
The gallery regularly participates in major international art fairs: La Patinoire Royale Bach participated for the tenth consecutive time at BRAFA in early 2026, presenting a selection of flagship artists such as Lita Albuquerque, Renaud Auguste-Dormeuil, Carlos Cruz-Diez, Thomas Devaux, Michel Mouffe, and Joana Vasconcelos.
The gallery was founded in 2015 by Valérie Bach, whose vision—combining curatorial rigor, museum-level ambition, and grounding in the international scene—has made La Patinoire Royale Bach one of the most influential contemporary galleries in Belgium and Europe.
