Signatures Art Fair, modern and contemporary art in limited editions. The first fair in France dedicated to multiples, to be held at Carreau du Temple from November 12 to 16, 2026, welcoming over 40 international galleries, publishers and institutions. Independent artists are not accepted.

Please respect the quality charter for the conditions related to the works represented. Multiples from 1945 to the present day are accepted: Paper (Lithography, Engraving, Serigraphy, Monotype, Photography), Book & paper edition, Sculpture & volume, Artist's jewelry, Objects/design, Digital & immaterial (NFT, Video)

Multiples must have been designed and published according to current professional practices, particularly regarding print run, numbering, signature, and identification of copies.

Applications are to be submitted via this platform only and are open until Thursday, May 7, 2026.

Only galleries selected by the selection committee will be admitted to exhibit at Signatures Art Fair 2026.

The gallery's application is accepted on the basis of the file presented to the selection committee: the submitted project cannot therefore be subject to any changes.

We thank you for choosing your images carefully, the selection committee is sensitive to quality visuals in good definition, for a better rendering of your project. A stand plan or 3D sketch is appreciated by the selection committee.

All exhibitor admission requests will be reviewed by the selection committee, based on the following criteria:

• the quality of the proposed artists,
• the nature of the works and the balance of artistic proposals,
• the alignment between the fair's orientation and that of the gallery/publishers/institutions.
• adherence to the quality charter and conditions related to the works presented.

Particular attention must be paid to the hanging of the works and their presentation to visitors. The artistic direction reserves the right to control this hanging. The selection committee has full powers to remove works that do not comply with the file presented by the exhibiting gallery.

This information is necessary for communication tools - press kit, website, catalogue.

If your application is accepted by the Selection Committee, a proposal for a location will be submitted to you. We will do our utmost to meet your specific stand space requirements. However, for reasons of availability or technical constraints, another surface area may be offered to you (+/- 10% of the requested surface area).

In this case, the total amount will be recalculated. If you do not agree within five working days of this transmission, we reserve the right to reassign the proposed location. The impossibility of responding to any particular request for exhibition space or location, for whatever reason, does not in any way constitute a call into question of your participation and does not give rise to any right to a discount or compensation of any kind whatsoever.

Once your application has been accepted and the first deposit has been paid, you will receive your stand layout.

Please specify if you want a corner layout. Some booths may include a pillar due to the architecture of Carreau du Temple, which results in a discount on the total cost.

Depending on the available space and the artistic direction, the management reserves the right to offer you a different location than the one desired.

The service package is mandatory. It covers the costs of, in particular:

• Registration fee
• Compulsory liability insurance
• Catalog page
• Your page on the www.signaturesartfair.com website
• Promotional material: posters, flyers, professional invitations, personalized VIP invitations, vernissage invitations, general public day invitations
• Exhibitor badges
• Free WIFI access

For residents of EU countries (outside France): Exhibitors with a valid VAT number in their country of residence must provide us with their EU VAT number. This number will be written on the invoices and exhibitors residing in EU countries, apart from exhibitors residing in France, will not be subject to VAT. For residents of France or countries outside the EU: Exhibitors are responsible for declarations and payments relating to sales and taxes on their income, according to the laws of their country of residence. VAT must be paid.

Signatures Art Fair will be held from Friday, November 13 to Sunday, November 15, 2026, at Carreau du Temple, with the vernissage on Thursday, November 12, 2026.

Anyone wishing to exhibit must submit an application using the online form. Galleries will be admitted to participate based on their proposed project and subject to the availability of a corresponding location.

Unless participation is refused by the organizer, submission of this application constitutes a firm and irrevocable undertaking to pay the full price of stand rental and ancillary costs.

Galleries selected by the selection committee will be admitted to exhibit at Signatures Art Fair 2026 and undertake to comply, without any restriction or reservation, with the clauses of these regulations and all new provisions that may be imposed by circumstances and adopted by the organizers in the interest of Signatures Art Fair 2026.

Art.2 - Exhibitors

Exhibitors are considered to be galleries, publishers and professional institutions presenting works in painting, drawing, sculpture, photography, new media and printmaking. The professional quality of exhibitors, French or foreign, is certified by specialized press publications and/or by the commercial register, attesting to the declared activity. Exhibitors who have reserved a booth commit to respecting the nomenclature of works and elements permitted to be exhibited, as defined by the Fair organizers. Prints and multiples are permitted, provided they have been designed and published according to current professional practices, particularly regarding edition size, numbering, signature and identification of copies. Any production not complying with these rules or falling under unregulated industrial reproduction is excluded from the Fair.

Art.3 - Selection

The applicant is asked to provide a file on the works and artists that will be represented during the event. The selection committee may or may refuse to present it without giving any reason.

Under no circumstances does previous participation in the fair give rise to a right to a subsequent participation in this fair.

Art.4 - Booking and payment

- Galleries selected by the selection committee will receive a letter stating their admission to exhibit at Signatures Art Fair 2026.

- The acceptance of the application file by the organizers entails the exhibitor's definitive adherence to all the clauses of these rules. The payment of the invoice must be made in two instalments according to the current schedule of the registration file. Exhibitors will not be admitted to their stand until they have paid all fees due (in the case of payment by bank transfer, they must provide proof of payment).

- If one or more invoices due to CPCT Arts&Events remain unpaid no later than 15 days after their date of issue, this non-payment will automatically and without prior notice of default result in the forfeiture of the right to the location, without prejudice to the other provisions of this article and these General Terms and Conditions. It follows that in this case, CPCT Arts&Events will be able to freely dispose of the space and re-let it to another candidate exhibitor.

Art.5 - Cancellation

The full amount of the rental is due upon acceptance of the application by the selection committee. In the event of withdrawal of membership by the exhibitor, the latter will remain liable for the payment of the pitch invoice as long as the organisers do not have the possibility of re-renting under the usual conditions. Even if the organizers re-rent the booth, 10% of the booth amount will be retained by Signatures Art Fair 2026 if the cancellation occurred before July 1, 2026. From July 1, 2026, the full participation amount is due.

SPECIAL COVID 19 CLAUSE

Should the show not take place for health reasons, the organizer undertakes to reimburse the sums already paid by exhibitors for stand rental and technical extras ordered.

Art.6 - Allocation of stands

- CPCT Arts&Events alone determines the method of allocating the spaces, which will be allocated taking into account the selection criteria.

- An exhibitor may send any objections duly substantiated within five days of the communication by CPCT Arts&Events of the allocated location. After taking note of this, CPCT Arts&Events will make a reasoned decision on this matter. This decision will be final and communicated to the exhibitor.

- CPCT Arts&Events reserves the right to move an assigned location, to modify its form, or to transfer one or more locations allocated to an exhibitor or a group of exhibitors to one or more other locations, if general organizational reasons require it.

The implementation by CPCT Arts&Events of such a right will in no way give rise to any compensation in favour of the exhibitor. Any decision by the owner or operator of the Building, which would be likely to modify a location or change its appearance, cannot engage the responsibility of CPCT Arts&Events.

Art.7 - Assembly / Disassembly

The assembly and dismantling times will be communicated in the exhibitor's technical guide. Works arriving after the opening of the event may only be taken to the stands outside public opening hours. In the event that one of the exhibitors has not collected his goods within the allotted time, the organizers will proceed to secure the goods at the carrier, approved by the show, at the expense of the exhibitor. Any damages and additional costs that may occur during this security cannot be the responsibility of the organizers in any way. Each stand must be occupied at all times during the opening hours of the fair, up to and including the last day. Exhibitors must leave the locations, decorations and equipment made available to them in the condition in which they found them.

Art.8 - Stand layout

Exhibitors undertake to respect the artistic proposal made in their participation file. Any decorations or animations that deviate from the general provisions provided for in the organization of a fair open to the public must be submitted to the opinion of the artistic direction and may not be carried out without the prior consent of the latter. The exhibitor will be held liable for any damage caused by an installation not planned by the organizer. Exhibitors must maintain their booth in good order; management reserves the right to intervene to restore this good order.

Art.9 - Sales

Sales are allowed during the event. However, for security reasons, no goods may leave the show hall without an exit voucher describing the goods taken, signed by the exhibitor and stamped by the organisers.

Art.10 - Security

- All the necessary measures will be taken by the organisers to ensure that the general security of the show outside opening hours is effective. It is the responsibility of each exhibitor to exercise vigilant control over his or her own equipment.

- Any person who enters duly signposted prohibited areas will do so without CPCT Arts&Events being held liable.

Art.11 - Cleaning

The cleaning and permanent maintenance of the floors (circulation, entrance and free floor space) will be provided by the care and at the expense of the organizers. No waste may be deposited in the corridors after the cleaning service has passed through (carried out after the public has closed). Stand cleaning is at the exhibitor's expense.

Art.12 - Insurance

Apart from the coverage of the risks of the compulsory insurance, exhibitors must insure with their usual company that all other risks are covered, in particular theft, damage to works or exhibition equipment. Exhibitors release the organizers from any liability in the event of fire, explosion, flood, various disturbances, and for any element not attributable to the organizers, agents and attendants. In particular, damages may not be claimed from the organisers in the event that the rented property cannot actually be used by the exhibitors as a result of events of a force majeure nature.

Art.13 - Miscellaneous prohibitions

- Unless expressly authorised by the organisers, exhibitors are prohibited from:

• rent all or part of their pitch free of charge, against payment or exchange of service
• to broadcast music on their stand, or to demonstrate machines likely to disturb other exhibitors, except with the agreement of the artistic management.
• In accordance with the applicable legal provisions, smoking is completely prohibited. Exhibitors must ensure compliance with this ban on and around their location.

Art.14 - Responsibility of the organizers

The organisers may, in the event of force majeure and in particular in the event of a transport strike, postpone the show, modify its opening hours, exclude the public. They can cancel or close it before the scheduled date. In all these cases, contracts concluded with exhibitors retain their full validity and payment for stand rental and any other services is due in full.

Art.15 - Application of this regulation

The organisers reserve the right to rule at any time on all disputed cases, or those not provided for in these rules. These decisions, even if transmitted verbally, are final and immediately enforceable.

The organisers reserve the right to amend these rules in the general interest of the show.

Art.16 - Complaints

Exhibitors' complaints must be submitted, for the purpose of an amicable settlement, to the organizers by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 15 days of the end of the show. After this period, complaints will no longer be admissible. Any dispute will fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris and will be subject to French law. For the interpretation of the Regulation, only the French text is authoritative.
