Galerie Olivier Waltman
The gallery
Since 2006, Galerie Olivier Waltman has supported international contemporary artists working across a range of practices: painting, drawing, photography, sculpture, digital art, and installation. It maintains a balance between emerging artists and established figures, prioritizing the singularity of their approaches and dialogue between works, disciplines, territories, and generations.
Its project aims to broaden the visibility of contemporary creation. The gallery organizes exhibitions in its Marais space and develops off-site projects: artist residencies in Miami, collaborations with cultural institutions and heritage sites.
The gallery builds lasting relationships between artists, collectors, institutions, and the public. Active on the international scene through its participation in fairs, significant publishing activity (catalogues, monographs), and a commitment recognized by the profession, the gallery is directed by Olivier Waltman, a member of the Comité Professionnel des Galeries d'Art, the committee of Paris Gallery Weekend, and the Board of Directors of the Amis de la Maison Européenne de la Photographie (M.E.P.).
The project
Joseph Dadoune will present a new series titled “Gold Water,” in which the artist—who grew up in the Negev Desert among the Bedouins—explores natural elements: sand, groundwater whose vibrations create patterns on the ground’s surface, and gold, which evokes both the sun and humanity’s mystical aspirations. In a similar vein, Joseph Dadoune exhibited the “Pavillon du Sommeil” at the Basilica of Saint-Denis in 2025–2026 (commissioned by the Réunion des Musées Nationaux).
Arik Lévy will create pieces for Signatures that combine wood, blown glass, and metal. The artist’s work explores the relationships between nature, living things, and human perception: fragile balances and interplays of materials, light, and color that bring together technical skill and sensory experience.
Fabien Chalon will exhibit two neon works, a central focus throughout his career: simple words with profound philosophical implications that invite reflection. The artist’s latest installation, “Cycle,” will be featured in the Théâtre du Rond-Point’s program from December 2026 through January 2027.
