With nearly 20 years of commitment to contemporary drawing, the Drawing Society announces the launch of a new fair: Signatures Art Fair. This project builds on the success of Drawing Now Paris, the first fair dedicated to contemporary drawing, founded in 2007 by Christine Phal and Carine Tissot.
With recognized expertise in organizing fairs, Drawing Society is developing the 20th edition of Drawing Now Paris in 2027, which has established itself as a major annual event at the Carreau du Temple, now bringing together over 70 international galleries and nearly 18,000 visitors.
This expertise has also been demonstrated through a demanding program at the Drawing Lab, which has produced nearly 30 exhibitions since its creation in 2017, testifying to a constant commitment to contemporary drawing.
In parallel, Drawing Society develops numerous projects, including recently the Drawing Factory II, an artists' residency located on Rue Richelieu, in the heart of Paris, hosting some thirty drawing artists.
Led by the mother-daughter duo, this new project responds to a growing expectation from collectors: the creation of a fair dedicated to prints and multiples, within a central art market capital, a place of production, circulation, and collection.
